Under the SEA
1. References of Yoga Pose
Let’s go diving today!
Put on your wet suit, fins and snorkel.
Carry an air tank on your back.
Are your ready?
Let’s dive into the sea!!
What can you see?
Look! There are sea horses there!
Let’s be a sea horse♪
【Sea horse pose】
1. Kneel down.
2. Make sea horse’s fins with your hands.
3. Put your feet up if possible. Make sea horse’s tail.
【Song】
by ’The wheels on the bus' tune, standing up and squatting, waiving your hands up and down.
♪ The sea horses go up and down, up and down, up and down.
The sea horses go up and down all day long.
What is hiding behind the seaweed?
I can see something red.
That’s a crab! The crab is eating the seaweed.
Let’s be a crab!
【Crab pose】
1. Put your feet wide apart.
2. Make scissors.
3. Walk sideways.
Look!
A big fish is about to eat a puffer fish!!!
Swim away, puffer fish!!
The puffer fish blew out the cheeks and got a lot of spikes!
The big fish swam away. Phew!
【Puffer fish pose】
1. Get down on your hands and knees.
2. Puff out your cheeks. Then breathe out.
3. Move your bottom from side to side.
What is the star shaped one?
It’s a starfish!!
Let’s be a starfish♪
【Starfish pose 1 】
1. Sit down with your knees bent.
2. Raise your hands.
3. Put your feet up.
【Starfish pose 2 】
1. Lie on your back.
2. Open your arms and leg. Make a star shape with your body.
【Starfish pose 3 】
1. Stand with your feet wide apart.
2. Put your hands parallel to the floor. Make a star shape with your body.
Look! There is a big clam shell!!
It has a shiny pearl.
Beautiful.
【Clam shell pose】
1. Sit with your soles together.
2. Put your palms together above your head.
3. Bend forward.
A mermaid is coming!
She sat on the clam shell and started singing!
‘La la la 〜♪ La la la 〜♪’
She has such a beautiful voice!
【Mermaid pose 】
1. Sit down with your knees bent.
2. Put your hands on the ground.
3. Your legs are the mermaid tail. Move from side to side.
Look! There are coral reefs!
They have a variety of shapes and colors!
What color is your coral?
【Coral pose 】
1. Stand straight.
2. Put the sole of your left/ right foot against the inside of your right/ left thigh.
3. Make your coral shape with your arms.
What’s that? It has many legs!
It’s an octopus!!
How many legs does the octopus have??
1,2,3,,,8!! It has eight legs!!
Ooops!It shot the black ink! Can’t see anything!!
【Octopus pose 】
1. Sit with your knees bent.
2. Put your feet and hands up.
3. Wiggle your legs and arms.
4. Breathe in and breathe out as if you were shooting blank ink.
Something big is coming!
It’s a shark!!!
The shark is hunting!
OMG!! Run away!!!
【Shark pose 】
1. Lie on your stomach.
2. Bend your knees. Your feet are the shark’s tail.
3. Make shark’s fins with your hands.

The turtle is swimming gracefully.
【Turtle pose】
1. Get down on your hands and knees.
2. Put your elbows on the ground.
3. Move forward with your knees and elbows. Your arms and legs are the turtle’s flippers.
